In February 2026, Josh and Noel Way took a bold step of faith and started The Gathering Place, trusting completely that God was in full control. Since then, they've watched God take a few people in a schoolhouse and begin building a place where people don't just hear about the love of Jesus, they experience it. It's a place where every person is seen, known, and loved.
Josh and Noel lead TGP side by side, and they believe in relationship over religion. They're honest about the good, the bad, and the ugly of following Jesus, because they've seen God use every part of their story to encourage someone else.
They've been married for 24 years and have three grown kids and three grandbabies. More than anything, they love Jesus, and their heart is to tell the world what the love of God can do.
